第三節 研究限制與未來發展
一、研究限制
本研究有以下限制:
(一) 本研究採用準實驗法設計,僅控制三種主要的情境構面,未必排除其他干擾 因素。
(二) 情境設定於台灣地區的共享模式,可能不同地方的人們使用因素有所不同。
(三) 本研究因為研究資源限制,只探討了服務使用者意向,對於服務提供者則未 有所觸及。
(四) 礙於研究資源限制,故所收集樣本數可能有所受限。
二、未來發展
從上述的研究限制中,了解本研究的一些侷限性。未來,可以朝向更多元的 共享模式來探討,如不同類型的的分享,了解不同類型的分享模式是否有所差異。
未來亦可就不同地區或國家,進行差異比較。此外,本研究針對使用服務者,未 來亦可針對服務提供者進行研究。
目前對於人們參與共享經濟意向的相關研究尚未有廣泛且深入的研究,且專 家學者關於共享經濟的相關文獻也還在成長階段,尚未充沛,隨著共享模式蓬勃 發展,未來勢必會產生更多有意義的議題,值得探討。

共享經濟簡介
共享經濟最初的理念係將人們未使用或未充分利用的現有閒置資產或產 能(包含人力、設備等),透過彼此分享,使需求者能夠取得提供者所提供的 產品或服務,讓閒置性資產或產能得以發揮效益,並滿足需求者,不僅符合環 保,還可讓需求者節省開銷、提供者增加額外收入等益處。
目前有許多共享經濟的商業模式,以建立線上平台來媒合供給和需求雙方 為主,如乘載共享(Uber)、住宿共享(Airbnb)、勞務共享(TaskRabbit)等,
都是市面上常見的共享經濟應用類型。
隨著市場愈趨競爭,許多共享企業為了爭取投資者資金,以及吸引更多平 台使用者加入,提升企業競爭力,開始逐漸偏離共享經濟最初的分享理念,轉 而以如何獲取最大利益為主要目的。如 Airbnb 最初是希望屋主將閒置的房間出 租給有需要的旅客,但近期研究發現,許多屋主透過投資多筆房產在 Airbnb 平台上賺錢,並不是分享原有的閒置房產。然而,Airbnb 為了可吸引更多人使 用其平台尋找旅行住處以獲得更好的營收,並未制止這類的屋主;Uber 亦有類 似的情況發生,逐漸產生不是以分享剩餘產能為主要精神,取代的是專職司機 出現,甚至為了吸引乘客,服務提供者不惜投資購買高級轎車提供服務,而搭 乘者亦很享受此類服務。
此外,許多共享經濟活動因性質特殊,屬於新創模式,涉及的法規不是處 於灰色地帶,就是無法可管,引發許多受到強烈衝擊的傳統產業(如計程車業 或民宿旅館業者)之抗議。同時,因屬於網路平台,平台經營範圍可以遍及全 世界,在許多城市未能承擔應盡的納稅義務,造成很多爭議。
