第五章 結論與建議

第三節 、 研究限制與未來研究建議

由於目前與開放資料相關的研究還不算多,也還未有人探討過開放資料素養 的樣貌,而本研究為初探性的研究,對於開放資料素養還是較偏向概念化,其概 念來源多是從資訊素養或資料素養而來,因此除了本研究提到的素養所包含的面 相之外,應該也還會有其他的分類方法存在。而本研究提出的開放資料公民參與 行為,主要是透過這兩年觀察社團裡的人的行為所歸納出來的,所以與人民方面 較有相關,也許未來研究可以探討政府或企業方面的參與行為。
