第三節 研究限制與未來研究建議

一、 研究限制

(一) 研究設計

研究設計方面,本研究為探討學生於實習前及實習後兩階段之雇主品牌認知,

因時間有限,同時請受試者以回想方式填答實習前選擇企業時的想法及決策原因,

然而,受試者在填答時可能記憶已模糊,不確定因素過多而導致作答上的偏誤,

造成本研究推論上的限制。

另外,本研究採用 Ambler & Barrow(1996)雇主品牌三構面作為主要研究 架構,然而在問卷題目設計上則採用 Berthon et al.(2005)所提出之五大價值構 面,作者雖有特別強調是建立在 Ambler & Barrow 的基礎上,但在各價值面向之 定義可能還是會稍許不同,導致研究分析上的誤差。

(二) 樣本數量

由於是需要有實習經驗的學生才能夠填寫,並不是很多學生都有實習經驗,

因此在樣本蒐集上有一定的難度,再加上問卷一開始有註明請受試者選定一家曾 經或正在實習的企業,並填上企業名稱,然而未註明此舉僅是讓受試者記得以下 的作答必須皆以該間企業為主,受試者可能有資料洩漏或將其拿去做不當用途之 疑慮,導致不願繼續填寫,諸多情況使得樣本數量較為不足。

二、 未來研究建議

(一) 延長研究期間

例如:寒、暑假前,第二階段為 2-3 個月後,針對同一樣本群進行測試,此時為 實習已接近尾聲或結束,方可得知較實際的感受。

(二) 研究變項增改

於實習期間衡量實習生對雇主品牌認知,建議可加入五大人格特質做為調節 變項來衡量實習生特質是否會影響對雇主品牌各個利益面向之認知強度,與實習 前的雇主品牌偏好衡量之研究會較一致,且研究也更加完整。

(三) 擴大研究對象

本研究僅針對有實習經驗的學生做調查,建議可針對未有實習經驗的學生對 企業提供的利益偏好上做資料蒐集,對於企業來說也是建立有效雇主形象的參考 資訊。
