第三節 研究限制與未來研究方向
本研究受限於人力、經費與時間等因素,研究過程中仍有不盡完善之處,仍不免 有以下之限制:
一、本研究僅以國內一千大製造業作為研究對象,後續研究可根據本研究提出之

研究架構,進一步針對不同類型的產業(例如金融業、房仲業等)發展出不同問卷進行 類似研究,並可與本研究比較異同,作為參考。
二、本研究在實證研究上,受到時間及經費上的限制,而採用橫斷面的資料作為 實證的依據,因只能了解現階段的情況,可能使得研究結果因而有所偏差。未來研究 若可以採用不同時間點之縱斷面的資料作為研究的依據,進一步探討關係鑲嵌、動態 能力、知識分享與服務創新的關聯性,則更能夠完整的呈現其關係。
三、企業的網絡關係常常都是由許多顧客或供應商連結交織而構成的多方複雜關 係,因此鑲嵌的關係如何更精確來衡量,是本研究尚待克服與未來進一步研究的方向,
而若能再進行個案研究會使本研究之理論架構更加完善,因此建議後續研究可以從質 性的研究著手。
四、本研究受限於研究指標之選定問題,僅以服務創新來代表企業的創新,然而 企業之創新不僅限於服務創新,後續研究者可考慮以其他創新模式,如流程創新、策 略性創新等,亦或以實際的財務績效,如報酬率及銷售額等來衡量,作為分析對象進 行研究。
