第四節 研究限制與未來研究
由於本研究具有以下研究限制,因而仍有未能涵蓋之處,對此,本研究將針 對不足的地方提出建議,以作為後續研究者未來之研究方向。
一、跨平台分析
依據人們的基本需求可將虛擬社群區分為興趣社群、人際關係社群、幻想社 群、交易社群(Hagel and Armstrong, 1997)。Dcard屬於混合型社群,兼具了興趣 社群和人際關係社群的特質,而本研究僅針對Dcard的成員進行實證研究與探 討。對於其他平台的特性,和使用者於其他平台的使用需求和導致使用者積極參 與的意圖,在跨平台的分析上,不一定有效。因此建議後續研究者,可進一步探 究各個不同平台影響使用者積極參與意圖之因素。
二、進行縱斷面研究
本研究所收集之樣本係橫斷面調查,資料分析僅以目前Dcard成員在當下的 認知所衡量,但若以時間觀點而言,Dcard為因應大學生間瞬息萬變的喜好,而 在Dcard個板分類上經常隨時事話題和成員需求加以增開與修改,因此在平台的 設計上會有些許不同,進而影響Dcard成員長期積極使用的因素,且受測者對於 變數的認知也可能隨著時間而有所差異,若能進行後續長期的觀察,將能獲得更 精確的研究結果。
