本篇論文試圖論證在民主轉型期間,過去常被視為負面的、危險的憤怒情緒,
當它是關於合理的關於不正義的判斷時,是一種在道德上可以發揮正面作用的憤 怒情緒。這裡的道德意涵,指的是個人存在根本與這個世界的聯繫。在後衝突社 會的民主轉型期間,對個人而言,有助於形塑個人的正義感,給予對抗不正義的 力量。對社群而言,也能在憤怒情緒與同情情緒相互的影響下,激發社群成員對 正義的想像,緩和憤怒情緒中危險、負面的特質。最終形成一個更具包容性、富 有正義感與情感聯繫強的民主社群。
我希望透過此篇論文的討論,能夠進一步啟發更多情緒在轉型正義領域中的 關注與討論。除了憤怒,恐懼、悲傷等情緒,也有樂觀、疏離、冷漠等態度。個 人在經歷這些令人難以想像的痛苦與折磨後,是如何的生存下來,與世界重新建 立聯繫。而在這些情緒與態度中,我們也能看到一個不正義的政權,會對個人的 生命,以及他所處的社群,造成多嚴重的傷害。當我們不再過度懼怕情緒帶來的 衝突與對立,讓各種情緒經驗進入轉型正義工作的討論中,我們才能更理解同處 於社群中的其他公民,他是如何看待這個世界的,我們也才有建立情感連結的可 能。我想我最終的目的,是想證明「沒有人是一座孤島」這句話,是具有一定的 真實性的。
