第五章 研究結果與分析

第四節 結論

經由此次個案深度訪談,本研究發現個案公司都有各自的關鍵成功因素、並 且有其獨特之處。丹堤咖啡引以為傲的是產品創新,滿足顧客嚐鮮的心理;不間 斷的透過異業合作將客群引進丹堤,並推出各式賣場陳列商品,同步進行開發新 顧客並深耕熟客。壹咖啡藉著發展體系作為輔助,「原沏鮮泡茶」讓傳統中國茶亦 能杯杯現泡現喝;「匠義大利麵」增添消費者多一種選擇,開拓客群;2009 年開始 壹咖啡第五代店,招牌更名為「壹咖啡輕食館」,要「現代人喝的品味、吃的健康」。 壹咖啡也以完備的訓練課程、親切的服務效率,用心滿足每位顧客的需求。星巴 克多元化發展,藉著周邊商品與廠商合作,增加附加價值與企業獲利;與衛星數 位音樂台合作,是星巴克成為音樂咖啡館。今年更增添了「悅讀空間」,不僅為企 業帶來更多附加價值,吸引更多消費客群,並增加了獲利。Old Town 認真看待顧 客的需求,為滿足顧客期望,延伸創新產品;嚴格的品質管控和採納國際水準及 依循商業道德,並獲得 HALAL 清真食品認證、良好生產規範(GMP)鑑定為合格生 產商;未來會是專注以顧客為導向的經營策略,走向放鬆與休閒精神層面的追求。
