第六章 結論與建議

第三節 總結

能量飲料屬於新興飲品,雖然於短時間內帶來明顯的飲品效果(如 振奮精神),但在國外已有許多研究逐漸發現能量飲料所伴隨的健康問 題。本研究發現台灣大學生近一個月內約有 20.4%使用能量飲料,但其 餘台灣針對能量飲料研究相關文獻較少,若想進一步了解台灣之能量 飲料使用情形及避免能量飲料造成的健康問題,還需要更充分的證據,

建議未來的研究者繼續探究能量飲料的使用行為及相關健康效應,以 實證研究結果作為相關衛生政策的參考依據。
