摘要: 自 1970 年代以來，臺灣休閒農業是政府所推動的重要農業施政之一。以往的研究指 出休閒農場所提供的休閒服務設施雷同，故導致休閒活動類似，缺乏特色。根據此項 議題，本研究針對台中以北地區已領有許可登記證的休閒農場，以遊客觀點進行休 閒農場設施使用後評估。本研究於2005 年 7 月至 10 月間，運用結構式問卷進行遊 客調查，調查之內容包含基本資料、以及遊客對於目前休閒農場設施的符合度與滿意 度。實施問卷調查共453 份。得到有效樣本數計 359 份。以此問卷分析，遊客對於目 前休閒農場設施的符合度與滿意度之差異。受訪者基本資料部份包含年齡、性別、教 育程度、居住地、平均月收入五項。在年齡方面所有受訪者當中，平均年齡為29.96 歲。性別分布以女性佔多數。在教育程度部份，以受過專科大學程度教育最多。居住 地的部份，四家休閒農場遊客皆是來自本縣市或鄰近縣市。平均月收入為四萬兩千 元。本計畫遊客以圖片的方式，讓遊客填答農場的設施與其休閒農場意象的符合程度 與滿意度。整體農場的符合程度方面，認為四個農場符合休閒農場之意象。在遊客心 目中認為農場所提供設施符合程度的前三名依序為「環境保護設施」、「水土保持設 施」，以及「農業及生態體驗設施」，程度介於「普通」到「同意」之間；而「公厠設施」
則是在問項中遊客中認為最不符合期待的設施。在遊客對農場所提供設施的滿意程度 部分，同樣有17 個問項，遊客尚滿意休閒農場所提供的設施。前三名依序為「水土 保持設施」、「登山及健行步道」，以及「門票收費設施」，程度介於「普通」到「同意」
之間；而「公廁」則是在16 個問項中遊客中認為最不滿意的設施。整體而言，遊客對 於休閒農場的設施符合度與滿意度皆介於普通與滿意之間。兩者測量值皆偏低的設施 為，公廁、露營設施及停車場。故本研究建議未來在休閒農場整建時應以這些設施為 主。nce the 1970s, the recreational uses in farms have been the
important issue in the Taiwan agriculture policy. Previous studies pointed out that Taiwan recreational farms provided similar service and facilities, so visitors can not tell the differences. Therefore, the purposes of this study attempted to apply the Post-Occupancy Evaluation (POE) from visitors to identify the facilities in recreational farms which should consider to modify. The study had conducted a visitor survey from July to October, 2005. The survey included that demographic variable, the level of image agreement and satisfaction of facilities. The study selected 453 subjects, but only 359 questionnaires were returned. The characteristics
of the subjects included in average 29.96- year- old, female, college educated, average personal income NT$42000,and living nearby the recreational farms. The subjects reported that the facilities in farm can fit the recreational farm image. Subjects pointed out that environmental protection facilities, erosion reducing facilities, and eco-experiencing facilities mostly fit their expectation on recreational farms. However, the rest room can not fit their expectation. Subjects felt satisfaction on erosion reducing facilities, trail, and management center. The rest room is the most unsatisfied facility. After crossing analysis, rest rooms, camping area, and parking lots should be consider to modify.
