國際化程度及多角化程度對組織失敗之實證研究 黃皇程、吳孟玲

摘 要
國際化及多角化已成為台灣廠商重要的策略，以往研究主要探討國際化及多角化對於企業績效之影響，此類型的研究 多以代表獲利能力的財務指標作為績效之代理變項，且研究結果仍相當分歧，故本研究改以失敗率作為績效之代理變項，
探討國際化及多角化對組織失敗的影響。 研究對象為在台灣證券交易所上市之公司（不含金融、保險類公司），研究 期間為1981年至2002年。 研究結果顯示，部分支持假說國際化程度對於組織失敗率具有負向關係；不支持假說相關多 角化程度對於組織失敗率具有負向關係，支持假說非相關多角化程度對於組織失敗率具有正向關係。
