Research on the Matters that Affect the Organization Culture of Fire Fighting Organization - From the Aspect of Internat

ABSTRACT

This study discusses the changes of the culture in National Fire Administration, Ministry of Interior, which is reorganized from fire fighting organization. It probes into the element and the ways that effect the culture in the organization, to provide the policy for making tactics, adjusting management measures and setting learning institution in the future. And then totally arising it’s excellent organizational culture and ethics. The fire fighters from Tainan County Fire Fighting Department, Kaohsiung County Fire

Department, Hsin-Chu County Fire Department, and Tao-Yuan County Fire Department are the reach objects in this study.330 valid questionnaires have been returned in this study, and we obtain following conclusions through the statistical analysis: 1. In general, Tainan County Fire Fighting Department is tend to bureaucratic organizational culture, and the learning effect of single loop is better in organizational learning. 2. In general, Kaohsiung County Fire Fighting Department is tend to bureaucratic organizational culture and supportive organizational culture, and the learning effect of single loop is better in organizational learning. 3. In general, Hsin-Chu County Fire Fighting Department is tend to innovative organizational culture and supportive organizational culture, and the learning effect of single loop is better in organizational learning. 4. In general, Tao-Yuan County Fire Fighting Department is not specially belong to bureaucratic organizational culture innovative organizational culture and supportive organizational culture, and the learning effect of single loop is better in organizational learning. 5. General speaking, the County Fire Fighting Organization is tend to supportive organizational culture, and the learning effect of single loop is better in organizational learning.
