摘要: 健康陽光的幼兒體能教師形象，不僅吸引幼兒喜歡上體能課，而且可以幫助幼兒在 體能課程中，建立正確的運動觀念。但是，實際上在幼稚園擔任幼兒體能的教師，卻 不是個個都是專業科系畢業的體能教師（黃秀蓮，2001），以致於幼兒體能教師的 形象受到影響。那麼，何謂幼兒體能教師形象？故本研究利用Strauss 和
Corbin（1997）所建議的質性研究法之紮根理論，探討幼稚園體能老師在幼稚園 小朋友、老師以及家長的眼中是何種形象？以及幼兒體能教師形象和幼稚園形象彼此 之間的關係。研究者以專家深入訪談、資深體能老師深入訪談、四位體能老師焦點團 體訪談、四位幼稚園老師焦點團體訪談等方法蒐集資料，概念化整個原始資料；包括 開放性編碼 (open coding) 和主軸編碼 (axial coding)。結果發現幼兒體能教師形 象分為三大範疇：教學專業形象、行政組織能力和陽光特質。在塑造幼稚園體能老師 形象的同時和幼稚園形象產生月暈效應，對幼稚園的形象有加分的效果，進而對幼 稚園的招生帶來助益。 The image of a positive and healthy kindergarten’s physical education teacher can attract children to love attending
physical classes and help them have right exercise ideas during courses.
But, in fact, children’s physical education teachers in kindergartens do not all graduate from professional departments (Huang,2001). As a result, the images of children’s physical education teachers are affected.
What is “kindergarten physical education teacher’s image”? The
purpose of this study was to explore physical education teacher’s image in kindergarten by qualitative approach and to explore its relationship between physical education teacher’s image and kindergarten’s image.
By using in-depth interview with the experts, senior physical education teachers, senior kindergarten’s principals, and focus group interview with physical education teachers and kindergarten teachers, we collect qualitative data from their experiences and perceptions. Based on grounded theory by Strauss & Corbin（1997）, we analyses data from interview manuscripts and field notes. Also, by using both open coding and axial coding, we found three major higher themes in physical
education teacher’s image. Three major themes included “Professional Image,” “Administrative and Management Ability,” and ”Positive Personality”. There several sub-themes under each higher theme are also discussed. It is suggested that positive kindergarten PE teachers’
image is closely related to the image of kindergarten. We suggested future study may focus on the issue of kindergarten’s physical education teacher image to examine its antecedents and consequences in the preschool education settings.
