樂活族休閒涉入與休閒效益關係之研究 張智傑、李城忠

摘 要

本研究旨在探討樂活生活型態與休閒之關係,並以作為樂活生活型態為主的自行車休閒活動研究主題。樂活(LOHAS)是一 個西方傳來的新興生活型態族群,是「Lifestyles of Health and Sus-tainability」的縮寫。在全球「樂活」風潮中,「騎單車

」被認為是最符合樂活精神的活動,除了為地球暖化盡力,更重要的是享受自由自在單車騎乘樂趣及體驗健康生活,本研 究進一步的探討樂活生活型態與休閒涉入和休閒效益之影響。本研究以自行車休閒活動者做為對象,以便利取樣的方式選 取樣本,共取得有效問卷491份。透過問卷調查及結構方程模式(SEM)檢測本研究之模式,分析結果顯示此模式之配適度良 好。本研究有以下重要發現:1.樂活生活型態伴隨著休閒涉入增進,對休閒效益提升具有顯著影響。2.樂活生活型態永續 性發展對休閒效益明顯正向影響。3.社會網絡中資訊性支持透過休閒涉入後對休閒效益提升影響。4.休閒涉入提升對休閒 心理效益有顯著影響。本研究並以模式推估結論,提倡樂活生活型態,建議推行促進生命達到環境、經濟、個人身心及社 會發展的永續性發展,並與自行車休閒活動的推展相互結合,可成為地球與人類環境永續的主要關鍵因素。
