3.6 問卷設計
3.6.7 學習態度量表
(affect)和行為(behavior)為基礎，編製 30 個問項的「學習態度量表」。
認知部份共 10 題；情感部份共 10 題；行為部份共 10 題，採用五點 Likert 尺度量 表方式評量，受訪者回答選項從「非常不同意」到「非常同意」，分別依序給予 1 到 5 分數值代表，受訪者在此量表得分愈高，表示對課程的學習態度愈好；反之若所得分數 較低，則表示對課程的學習態度有所保留，如表 3-11。
