第二節 建議
以下根據本研究的結果與發現,提出幾點建議,作為特殊教育工作 者和家長以及未來研究的參考。
一、對教師和家長的建議
(一)應用影片自我示範教學作為教導自閉症兒童的策略
研究者在研究過程中發現,影片製作並沒有想像中難,且研究結果 顯示,影片自我示範教學是有效的教學策略,對自閉症兒童各項技能的 學習都有很好的立即和維持效果。建議教師和家長多應用影片自我示範 教學,提升自閉症兒童的各項技能。
(二)教導運動技能,鼓勵自閉症兒童多到戶外活動
本研究成功教導自閉症兒童運動技能,自閉症兒童學得運動技能不 僅能改善動作的問題也能增加社交機會,因此,建議教師和家長,可以 使用影片自我示範教學教導運動技能,鼓勵自閉症兒童多到戶外運動,
以提高升活品質。
二、對未來研究的建議
(一)教導運動技能與社會互動的探討
本研究僅討論教學策略與運動技能學習成效的關係,並未同時觀察 對自閉症兒童社會互動的影響,因此,未來研究可以同時探討教學策略、
運動技能的學習與社會互動三者的關係。
(二)教導自閉症運動技能的實證研究
研究者發現,大多數自閉症的研究聚焦在社會技能的教導。運動可 以提高生活品質,而有關教導自閉症者運動技能的研究很少,還需要進 行更多的實證研究。

(三)電器面板及音效對自閉症兒童的影響
在研究過程中,發球機控制器的開關時的數字變化和準備發球前的 嗶嗶聲都對自閉症兒童的造成嚴重的干擾。因此電器面板和聲音對自閉 症兒童的影響值得探討,以減少自閉症兒童生活中的干擾,增加生活品 質。
(四)研究設計的記錄項目可再細分
在研究資料分析時,因研究對參與者觀看影片表現情形,僅簡單記 錄專注情形及影片重複播放次數,若能將紀錄項目分得再細一點,在進 行研究結果比較時,對自閉症影片教學程序與教學成效的關係應會有更 具體的了解。
