第二節 建議
一、衛生教育實務方面：
（一）本研究顯示過敏性鼻炎兒童及其父母在醫療遵從行為中，比較 重視用藥遵從，較忽略居家生活遵從，因此衛教者應加強居家 生活控制對過敏性鼻炎的重要性。
（二）本研究過敏性鼻炎兒童父母雖疾病認知偏高，但對於非過敏原 誘因、藥物使用觀念及環境塵螨控制方法等認知的得分偏低，
建議日後舉辦衛生教育時，可針對認知偏低項目加強，尤其在 環境塵螨控制上，應更具體說明並提供書面文字，以增強衛生 教育的有效程度。
（三）本研究顯示過敏性鼻炎兒童醫療遵從行為中，用藥遵從行為較 居家生活遵從行為好。而父母之自我效能為其醫療遵從行為最 有力的預測因子，愈正向之自我效能，其醫療遵從行為愈佳。
故衛生教育者在推廣過敏性鼻炎衛生教育時，應加強父母在居 家生活控制的把握程度，協助克服其外在因素的影響，增進執 行的自信心，進而促進兒童醫療遵從行為。
二、衛生教育研究方面：
（一）本研究僅就中山醫學大學附設醫院之兒科門診過敏性鼻炎兒 童為研究對象，研究結果的推論有所限制。另外，能按時就醫 之兒童其醫療遵從性應較為合作，醫療遵從行為結果可能會有 偏高之情形，建議未來可擴大研究對象、增加樣本數及研究對 象來源的廣泛性。
（二）本研究為橫斷式研究，無法針對各相關影響因素之因果關係提 供長期完整明確之證明及瞭解過敏性鼻炎兒童長期的醫療遵從
行為改變情形，未來研究方向可朝向縱貫式研究設計長期追蹤 ，並建立較適當的因果關係模式來深入探究過敏性鼻炎兒童之 醫療遵從行為。
