依據第四章之研究結果,本研究提出以下之建議:

(一)研究變項的部份

本研究透過文獻的回顧,尋找出六個影響遊客負責任環境行為的相關變項 做為預測遊客環境行為之參考,然而影響遊客負責任環境行為的因素甚多,未 來可將其他重要因素納入模型中,探討更廣的遊客負責任環境行為影響因素。

(二)實務上的建議 1.導遊

Rosli 等人於 2018 年的研究表明,導遊在古蹟遺址的解說被認為是創造有 環境意識遊客的最重要因素之一,也是古蹟遺址良好管理實踐的一部分。根據 本研究之研究結果發現,團體遊客與散客在有無違規方面具有顯著差異,散客 的違規比率高於團體遊客的違規比率,說明導遊向遊客宣導景區的遊客相關注 意事項及規定,的確有效降低遊客的違規比率,也印證文獻提及導遊所扮演的 重要角色及影響力。

此外,Wu、Chen、Huang 和 Cheng (2013)的研究指出,導遊服務是遊客的 滿意度以及環境教育的一個重要的基礎。因此,導遊除了以不遵守規定將會受到 嚴重的處罰來嚇阻遊客以使遊客遵守規定的方式,若能在導遊之職前訓練期間落 實環境教育課程,讓導遊具備環境教育概念,在其日後執行業務時,還可以環境 教育的方式來教育遊客,促使遊客能夠遵守規定,進而達到愛護環境的目的。

2.野柳地質公園

根據本研究的研究結果發現,遊客的違規比率高達25%。遊客每一次小小的 觸摸與攀爬,累積起來的破壞很是可觀。野柳地質公園雖然設置巡查人員以隨時 驅離跨越紅線及違反規定的遊客,但這樣的方式並無法防止地質景觀遭受損害發 生的情況,因為這樣的措施只是阻止地質景觀的損害免於擴大而已,實際上,遊 客卻已經對地質景觀或多或少造成損害。

所謂預防甚於治療,研究者建議野柳地質公園可在入園收票處、參觀人數眾 多的第一區入口及第二區入口再設置巡查或環教人員,向遊客宣導遵守規定、愛 護環境的信念,相信也能達到像導遊一樣的作用,降低散客的違規比率,預防遊 客發生違規行為。

另外,野柳地質公園也可根據本研究所驗證之信念、主觀規範及個人規範 此三個影響行為意圖之因素進行解說方案之設計以向遊客解說,以收即時之 效,使遊客能夠遵守規定以愛護環境。

最後,研究者認為,如果只向遊客單純地揭示遊客注意事項是不够的,因 為這樣的做法讓遊客只是「知其然而不知所以然」,而須把遊客注意事項連結到 新環境生態世界觀之信念,向遊客說明遵守規定就是愛護自然與環境,讓遊客「

知其然也知所以然」,才能激發遊客遵守遊客注意事項之行為。

3.其他旅遊景點

其他的旅遊景點也可依據本身的場域設施,參考本研究之研究結果,針對 遊客設計出自己所屬場域的環境解說方案以及相對應的保護環境措施。

(三)未來研究的建議

未來遊客負責任環境行為的研究,可設計讓遊客沒有閱讀野柳地質公園遊 客禁止事項也納入研究,然後比較遊客有無閱讀規則二者之間,其遊客負責任 環境行為有無差異。
