服務機構如何得知？有單位提出明盲互動，讓身心障礙者有機會走出來，在 與他們接觸後才知道其需要。另一方面，原本已提供查詢系統的單位，在使 用者改變原來的使用習慣，改用整合查詢系統後，也需尋求新的角色與發展。
第三節 後續研究建議
一、視障電子資源整合查詢系統使用者研究
整合查詢系統的開發主要是為了讓視覺障礙的讀者便於查找資料，在一個 界面中可找到不同單位的視障資源，從訪談中得知，該平台頁面設計和操作對 視障讀者並不方便，未考慮其使用電腦的方式和習慣，建議專門以視障讀者為 對象，探討其使用經驗，瞭解易於使用的設計和操作，研究書目資料的編目有 哪些特別的需求？與一般書的編目是否不同？從使用者的角度改善整合查詢系 統的好用性與親和性。
二、圖書館視覺障礙服務館員知能研究
圖書館的視障資源服務仍屬少數圖書館的服務，對大多數圖書館和館員來 說，並未具備基本的資源和服務知識，館內也沒有能提供視障讀者的服務項目，
僅依賴國內少數圖書館提供的資源，縣市和鄉鎮並未有服務視障讀者的能力。
此外，即使已有視障館藏的圖書館，也有館藏數量少、館員同時兼任其他業務，
甚至不知可利用瞽者文件的方式郵寄資料給讀者，以為還要編列經費才能像別 館一樣郵寄資料給使用者，或只開放在館內使用，視障者需至館一趟才能使用 館藏，因為同樣不知可免費寄給讀者。視障讀者服務有其專業性，無論資源或 設備，都不是目前多數的館員所能勝任，若能對此服務館員的知能有所瞭解，
就能著手規畫未來國內視覺障礙服務館員的能力養成與訓練，使視障服務更上 一層樓。
