第三節 後續研究建議
依據研究分析結果提出下列幾點建議,以供後續研究參考:
一、 輔以質性方式,調查學習者的創業能力與態度
研究以問卷方式進行學員學習成效分析,較無法深入了解各項問 題產生的細節,建議未來研究可輔以質化研究,針對高低創業自 我效能者進行深度訪問、觀察或分析,以獲得更多元的研究結果。
二、 增加實驗教學時間
本教學實驗受限於課程辦理單位規劃的授課時間與進度,整體教 學實驗時間較短,可能影響部分的研究結果,建議後續課程規劃 可採取較長時間的觀察,使研究更臻完善。
三、 擴大研究對象
參與研究的三個班級人數雖符合統計樣本最低要求,建議後續研 究者可以擴大研究的樣本範圍,如此將有助於研究信度與效度的 強化,擴大研究的推論效果。
四、 創業自我效能深化研究
本研究發現,教學方法與自我效能在創業能力的表現上,其交互 作用並無顯著的差異性,有別於過往認為自我效能對學習成效影 響的重要性。造成此項結果,或許是導因於本研究樣本過少,或 是創業教育本身的特性,建議後續研究這可以深化創業自我效能 的研究,並發現各項可能的干擾因素。
