6.2 後續研究方向
在後續研究建議方面,主要有以下兩個方向:
首先可以針對購物網站導入議價系統後對於平台經營的績效提升以及對消費者 與供應商的交易成本降低進行研究,以評量議價支援系統之績效與必要性。
其次由於本研究並未考慮不同消費者在不同的產品種類以及價位中,對於議價 需求程度之高低,又該因素將直接地影響到系統的適用範圍,故建議後續地研究可 以分析議價系統之不同模式對於產品種類的適用性,並探討不同的消費者對於議價 的採行以及採行模式之偏好。
期望透過後續的研究發現,不斷地對本研究之議價支援系統進行修正,以加速 網路集體購物議價支援系統之落實。
