5.2.5. 後續研究的建議
本研究成功地發現創業服務理論模型，可作為解釋與預測產業發展之用。對於後續 研究者，本研究建議如下：
1. 探索更多類別與次類別，以及它們的性質與面向，讓理論模型充實。建議利用過去 對創投公司或育成中心所做的個案研究，開發更多的類別、性質與面向。
2. 利用結構方程模式，對理論架構做驗證。本研究最初想要使用結構方程模式用數學 方式來找出理論，但結構方程模式需要大樣本數，因此不適合本研究。對於比較成 熟的模式例如育成模式、私人權益投資模式，則建議使用結構方程模式驗證本研究 之理論。
3. 導入財務資料，從財務的觀點著手，也許更能夠顯現本模型之功效。
4. 將自然人的行為導入，例如創業投資家、投資者的參與行為，會讓本模型更富變化 性。
5. 私人權益投資模式還可以細分為創業收購模式與創業投資模式，本研究因為時間與 資源有限的因素，並無深入研究，實為遺憾。
