第四章 研究結果與分析
第一節 期刊的公開取用情形
本節主要分析 92 份圖書資訊學期刊的相關資訊。本研究所選擇之期刊中，
Web of Science 收錄其中 83 份期刊，CiteScore metrics 收錄 89 份期刊。第一部份 係分析期刊的基本資訊，包括出版者類型、出版語文、期刊文獻典藏處、發行卷 期數量、影響係數數值等方面。第二部份分析期刊的公開取用資訊，包括文獻取 用類型、出版者對自我典藏的開放程度、自我典藏的延遲期，與出版者提供文獻 金色公開取用選項與文獻處理費等方面。
一、 期刊的基本資訊
1. 出版者類型與文獻典藏處
關於出版者類型方面，從期刊清單分析 92 份期刊中，56 份為商業出版社出 版之期刊，佔樣本整體約 60.87%；1 份為專業性非商業出版社出版之期刊，約 1.08%；16 份為學會或專業組織出版之期刊，約 17.39%；7 份為大學出版社出版 之期刊，約 7.61%；9 份為大學、系所與研究所出版之期刊，約 9.78%；3 份為

關於期刊文獻典藏處方面，有 50 份期刊將文獻典藏於商業出版社所屬的資 料庫，佔整體約 54.35%；包含 Taylor & Francis Online 典藏 10 份期刊；De Gruyter Online 典藏 2 份期刊；Emerald Insight 典藏 9 份期刊；SAGE Journals 典藏 5 份期 刊；ScienceDirect 典藏 11 份期刊；Springer Link 典藏 8 份期刊；Wiley Online Library 典藏 5 份期刊。另有 4 份期刊將文獻收錄於商業出版社網頁，佔約 4.35%。15 份期刊典藏於在大學網域的網頁與資料庫，當中包括美國約翰霍普金斯大學
（JHU）的 Project MUSE 與伊利諾大學厄巴納-香檳分校（UIUC）的 IDEALS，
約 16.3%。3 份期刊典藏於大學出版社網頁，約 3.26%。13 份期刊典藏於學會或 專業組織網頁，約 14.13%。7 份期刊典藏於獨立架設的網站，約 7.61%。
2. 出版語文類型
關於出版語文方面，82 份係以英文出版之期刊，佔整體約 89.13%。2 份係 以西班牙文出版之期刊，約 2.17%。1 份係以日文出版之期刊，約 1.08%。1 份 係以德文出版之期刊，約 1.08%。另有部分期刊使用超過一種語文出版文獻。其 中有 5 份係以兩種語文出版之期刊，約 5.43%；包含使用葡萄牙文與英文出版的

3. 發行卷期數量
關於發行卷期數量方面，92 份期刊中有 6 份期刊每卷發行 2 期；4 份期刊每 卷發行 3 期；50 份期刊每卷發行 4 期；2 份期刊每卷發行 5 期；17 份期刊每卷 發行 6 期；1 份期刊每卷發行 7 期；1 份期刊每卷發行 8 期；6 份期刊每卷發行 11 期以上。部分期刊發行卷期則不固定，有 1 份期刊每卷發行 2-3 期；1 份期刊 每卷發行 3-4 期；1 份期刊每卷發行 2-4 期；1 份期刊每卷發行 6-8 期；1 份期刊 每卷發行 8-10 期，詳細比例分佈如圖 4-3 所示。超過 50%期刊為季刊，亦有近 20%期刊為雙月刊，顯示期刊出版週期多元，但出版卷期不代表文獻數量，亦與

4. 期刊影響係數數值
關於期刊影響係數數值方面，JCR 與 CiteScore metrics 的收錄範圍不同。JCR 收錄 83 份期刊，不含 Evidence Based Library & Information Practice、Journal of Information Literacy、Webology、Communications in Information Literacy、Insights、
Issues in Science & Technology Librarianship、LIBER Quarterly、Biblios 和 BiD 等 9 份期刊；詳細數值見圖 4-4。CiteScore metrics 收錄 89 份期刊，不含 Journal of Knowledge Management、Journal of Strategic Information Systems 與 Information &
Culture 等 3 份期刊；Library Collections, Acquisitions, & Technical Services 與 African Journal of Library Archives & Information Science 則因為未有 2015 年影響 係數數值紀錄，因此不加入圖表內比較，因此圖 4-5 僅有 87 份期刊進行比較。

不論是哪一類型出版者，大多會透過獨立網頁、PDF 文件或標明於期刊頁面 內等方式，提供使用者查詢期刊之取用類型、出版者對作者自我典藏的開放程度、
出版者的金色公開取用選項與文獻處理費金額等期刊取用相關資訊。關於上述資 訊細節詳述如下。
1. 期刊取用類型
圖 4-6 顯示期刊取用類型分佈，有 57 份為複合公開取用期刊；18 份為直接 公開取用期刊；11 份為付費取用期刊；4 份為延遲公開取用期刊，延遲期皆為 12 個月；另有 2 份期刊為部分公開取用期刊。

若將期刊取用類型結合 Laakso & Björk（2013）提出的 6 種出版者類型分析
（見表 4-1），可知商業出版社出版 48 份複合公開取用期刊，為表 4-1 中數量最 多的項目；相較學會或專業組織和大學、系所與研究所 2 種出版者皆出版不少直

接公開取用期刊，商業出版社僅有出版 1 份直接公開取用期刊，比例與複合公開
（NCBI）旗下的 PubMed Central，繼續公開全文讓使用者取用。此外付費取用 期刊 Law Library Journal，該期刊雖然需要加入學會會員與付費，方能獲得取用 電子版本與印刷版本的權限，但該期刊也提供使用者經帳號登入後，可以免費取 用 PDF 版本的選項，這與其他公開取用期刊，不需要登入即可取用的方式不同，
因此本研究仍將此期刊視為付費取用期刊。另外 EContent 與 Library Journal 因 為採取部分公開取用，也有被 Web of Science 與 Scopus 收錄於索引中；使用者 除了可以付費訂閱印刷版本外，亦可在期刊官方網站上免費閱讀部分電子內容。
2. 期刊出版者對自我典藏的開放程度
關於出版者對自我典藏的開放程度方面，本研究以出版者發布的電子文件、
查詢系統與官方聲明等公開資訊為主要參考來源；另以英國聯合資訊系統委員會 的 SHERPA/RoMEO 計畫收錄的出版者對自我典藏之資訊，作為輔助參考來源，
並將期刊的自我典藏開放程度分為四種顏色。
分析清單中 92 份期刊的自我典藏開放程度，有 59 份期刊屬於綠色等級，意 即作者可以自我典藏文獻的預行本與刊後本，或是自我典藏正式版本。多數綠色 等級期刊並不允許作者自我典藏文獻的正式版本，僅有表 4-2 所列出的 11 份綠 色等級期刊，允許自我典藏正式版本。有 5 份期刊屬於藍色等級，表示作者可以 自我典藏文獻的刊後本或正式版本；表 4-2 標示 College & Research Libraries、
El profesional de la información 與 Information Research 等藍色等級期刊允許作者 自我典藏正式版本。另有 14 份期刊屬於黃色等級，意即作者僅能自我典藏預行 本；但表 4-2 所列出的 13 份黃色等級期刊，則是允許在有條件限制的情形下，
作者可以自我典藏刊後本與正式版本。有 2 份期刊屬於白色等級，意即不同意作 者自我典藏，但其實允許作者向出版者提出申請並得到許可後，方能進行自我典 藏（見表 4-2）。其餘有 10 份期刊並未得到分級；以及有 2 份期刊並未提供相關 資訊，也未被 SHERPA/RoMEO 收錄。
被列為綠色等級的期刊數量不少，但允許自我典藏正式版本全文的期刊數量 並不多，且有 8 份期刊為直接公開取用，表示複合公開取用期刊對於自我典藏設 定的條件比較嚴苛，在網際網路環境中，複合公開取用期刊文獻的正式版本全文 亦較難被公開取用，影響複合公開取用期刊文獻之全文可得性。
