第三節 未來研究建議
一、 不同學科的期刊全文可得性與被引用文獻分析研究
本研究僅針對圖書資訊學期刊 2016 年所出版之文獻，進行全文可得性分析 與引用文獻分析；此研究結果可能無法推論至其他學科主題期刊發展現況。電子 期刊資源發展已長久且成熟，各個學科主題亦有其研究需求與傳播方式，全文可 得性與被引用次數之間關係，亦需要深入研究分析方能了解情形。目前僅能透過 本研究得知期刊文獻是否含有公開取用全文，是能影響被引用次數的因素之一；
建議未來研究以此因素，持續探索其他學科主題期刊資源發展情形。
二、 單一期刊的公開取用與非公開取用文獻相關分析研究
本研究主要針對多份圖書資訊學期刊於單一年份出版文獻之全文可得性分 析與引用文獻分析，但無法得知單一期刊自創刊至今的文獻全文可得性與引用文 獻分析結果。藉由更具備時間性、增長時間範圍的資料數據，結合本研究之研究 方法，更深入地研究期刊隨時間變遷的發展情形。
三、 圖書館電子期刊資源採購過程中的決策因素研究
本研究並未就圖書館在電子期刊採購過程中之決策因素，進行分析與探討。
圖書館、期刊出版者與文獻作者如同期刊出版循環，圖書館在電子期刊資源發展 與公開取用行動當中亦為重要角色；建議未來研究可以於圖書館立場上，探索電 子期刊資源採購的決策因素為何，解構電子期刊資源採購的優點與問題，提出改 善建議並提升圖書館營運成效。
