第四節 未來研究

本研究旨在研究無所不在科技壓力與情緒勒索之關聯,並會帶來甚麼後果,

總結上述研究結果與研究限制,未來研究方向建議如下:

情境上多樣化

本研究的情境設定在職場上,主要是探討主管與員工之間的關係,然而,情 緒勒索也會發生在像是朋友與朋友,或是長輩與晚輩之間,本研究結果顯示主管 與員工之間,使用通訊軟體將導致更多的情緒勒索,但並不代表朋友與朋友,或 是長輩與晚輩之間也能適用,因此建議未來的研究者可以一一地去探討各種情境。

分職業類別

本研究探討主管與員工之情境,但卻沒有特別鎖定在哪個職業,雖然研究結 果顯示在職場上使用通訊軟體,會導致情緒勒索並降低工作滿意度與提升離職傾 向,但無法確定說每一種職業都適用於本研究結果,因此建議未來研究者可以試 著探討各種職業,並比較出哪些職業會影響哪些不會影響。

增加人物特徵做調節

因為文獻上很少探討無所不在科技壓力與情緒勒索之影響,故本研究主要是 初步探討他們兩者之間有沒有關聯、會不會影響對方,然而,情緒勒索涉及人的 心理與情緒,雖然本研究結果顯示無所不在科技壓力與情緒勒索之間有關連,但 說不定加入人的因素,結果就會不一樣,例如:年紀,不同的年齡對於情緒勒索 說不定就有不同的感受,因此建議未來研究者可以試著加入各種人的因素做為調 節,深入探討無所不在科技壓力與情緒勒索之間的影響。

通訊軟體同步與非同步的應用探討

本研究欲探究無所不在科技壓力是否會造成情緒勒索,情境設定上為使用者 是隨時接收訊息,然而,如果更深入地去探究的話,使用者通訊之間的互動狀況 也有可能是斷斷續續,非即時的,例如:主管透過line 傳送訊息給我,而我可能 是秒讀訊息(同步)來互動,也有可能過了一段時間後才讀訊息(非同步),這兩種

情況下使用者所感受到的壓力可能就有所不同,因此建議未來研究者可以將前因 分為同步與非同步兩種情境去研究,並比較哪種情境更容易造成情緒勒索。
