第四節 未來研究方向

本研究建議之未來研究方向主要有以下兩方面,分述如下:

(一)研究對象與類推性限制

本研究的受測者分別為扮演系統分析人員的資訊管理系學生,及接受需求訪 談的業界代表,僅管雙方在知識互動上屬於不同領域的專業知識的交流,但是畢 竟學生在系統分析上的實務經驗仍舊稍嫌不足,後續若能在業界尋找實務經驗相 當的系統分析人員,並對於資訊系統的規模加以限制,例如將資訊系統的規模區 分為小、中、大型,相信能夠獲得更切合實務面的研究發現。

其次,若能將研究情境變換至其他情境,或許會有不同的結論,因此本研究 對於其他知識互動的情境之類推性,值得為未來研究收集相關資料,以進一步驗 證本研究所提之架構。

(二)邊界物件與創新議題的延伸

本研究彙整文獻上對於邊界物件的定義,自行發展四類邊界物件的量表,

雖然引用的情境為資訊系統開發過程的系統分析階段,仍可提供後續不同情境的 研究作為衡量各類邊界物件之參考。
