第二節 研究建議
壹、 實務建議
本研究從與使用者共創原則構面之分析結果，對各生活實驗室提出以 下建議：
一、 透過滿足「結合服務創新流程之與使用者共創原則」來實踐與使用 者共創
本研究建議各生活實驗室可參閱本研究之分析架構，透過滿足各細目 之原則，以進行與使用者共創的活動，以創造滿足使用者的創新產品。
二、 生活實驗室不止進入社區與社群，更要建立雙方長期互惠關係 本研究建議各生活實驗室在進駐真實社區情境的同時，也要規劃如何 與社區建立長期互惠關係，以取得該社區的認同並試圖促進使用者以及各 利益關係人主動參與生活實驗室的創新流程。
三、 生活實驗室欲達成與使用者共創，應先以開放的模式運作
本研究建議各生活實驗室可採取開放式的運作模式，讓各利益關係人 得以提供資訊、同時也可從生活實驗室平台中取得資訊，建構開放互信的 運作模式，減少封閉式的開發，以增加創新產確實出符合使用者真實需求 的機率。
四、 加入商業驗證機制，以增加生活實驗室產出之市場接受度
本研究建議各生活實驗室應對產品服務創新產出，設立商業驗證機制，
並擬定對應的商業模式，以估算未來的市場潛質，讓生活實驗室之產出不 僅滿足使用者需求，更可讓消費者有辦法負擔且願意購買。

貳、 後續研究建議
本研究針對生活實驗室在與使用者共創的構面上進行研究，對未來有 意進入生活實驗室領域的研究者，有下研究方向的建議：
一、 研究台灣生活實驗室尚未進入概念期與發展期之背後因素
從本研之研究分析結果可察覺出，台灣各生活實驗室的運作步調略有 不同，但為何會有概念期與發展期的發展斷層，背後必有促成的原因，建 議後續研究者可追查其發展之來龍去脈，可做為後續生活實驗室設立時之 重要參考依據。
二、 對生活實驗室共創原則的持續研究
生活實驗室進行共創是屬於較新的議題，對於該如何有效的共創，以 及滿足哪些原則都仍屬於初步研究，可採集更多國外生活實驗室共創的實 例，以持續對生活實驗室共創原則研究進行修正。
三、 使用者如何參與生活實驗室共創之全程過程
目前台灣各生活實驗室，皆尚未讓使用者得以參與全期的開發流程，
本研究建議後續研究者可規劃、追蹤使用者在參與共創的過程程中，如何 可真實表達自己的意見，透過哪些研究方法可以萃取使用者真正的意思，
以及如何才得以在不影響產品服務提供者運作下，發揮最有效的使用者共 創價值。
四、 使用者主動參與之研究
各生活實驗室皆認為透過生活實驗室可為使用者帶來利益，但使用者 至今仍以被動參與為主，本研究建議後續研究者可對使用者之參與動機進 行研究，以了解在怎麼樣的前提狀況下，使用者願意主動參與生活實驗室
的創新實驗。
