第三節 研究建議
三、影響遊客滿意度與再購意願之外在影響變項很多,由於人力、時間及物力的 限制,本研究僅以導遊人員的專業職能與服務品質作為研究變項。
第三節 研究建議
依據上述研究發現,針對導遊人員專業職能與服務品質對遊客滿意度與再購 意願影響之研究歸納以下結論,並提出具體之建議,茲分述如下:
一、對導遊人員的建議
(一)增進自我專業職能,以有效提升職場競爭力:
從本研究之研究結果可知, 導遊人員的專業職能對遊客滿意度有正向的影
響關係,並透過遊客滿意度,間接影響遊客之再購意願。本研究提出導遊人員須
客再購意願的提升。
再購意願亦會因而增高。因此,建議未來研究者可以以本研究為基礎擴大研究變 項,增加研究結果之豐富程度。
(二)變更研究方法:
本研究採行便利抽樣,針對購買旅行社套裝遊程的消費者做問卷調查,發放 對象為完成旅行社套裝遊程之遊客,以李克特尺度,採封閉式問卷,針對遊客進 行施測,並未對受測者進行深入訪談,因此僅能由問卷所取得資訊進行實證研究 導遊人員專業職能、服務品質與遊客滿意度、再購意願之關聯性,無法更進一步 探討受訪者更為深層的感受與想法,因此,建議未來研究者可以採取質性研究法,
以更深入探討導遊人員專業職能與服務品質對遊客滿意度與再購意願之關聯性。
