第五章 結論與建議

第四節 研究建議

本研究所設定的研究對象為任職於中國鋼鐵公司內部之在職員工,在研究過 程中受到內外部效度之限制,尚有許多問題未能做更深入的探討,仍有待後續的 研究者加以探討,其建議列舉如下,以供參考:

一、研究對象

本研究主要是針對任職於中國鋼鐵公司內部之在職員工進行問卷調查,因此 研究結果僅供於中國鋼鐵公司內部參考,故後續研究者可將母群體擴大到中鋼旗 下的集團,比較其組織生態與中鋼母公司有何差異;也可針對不同類型的產業做 跨產業的比較,藉以了解不同領域的師徒功能對於工作績效的影響是否有所差 異。

二、研究架構

本研究主要運用的構面為:師徒功能、職能、組織承諾與工作績效,雖然這 些變數經過實證研究後都具有影響,但後續的研究者仍可嘗試對於中鋼公司內的 師徒制搭配不同文獻做後續研究,探討中鋼是否仍有其他重要構面及不同的衡量 方式,藉以了解不同文獻的推導對於師徒制對於中鋼是否會產生不同的結果。

三、研究方法

在基本的研究方法中可以分為質化與量化方法,本研究所採用的研究方法主 要為量化之研究,所得到的結果是以中鋼整體性為結果,尚未能對個別部門做出 不同的解釋,因此,後續研究者可以結合深度訪談與觀察的研究方式進行質性加 量化之研究,以獲得更多的資訊,使研究內容更加豐富化。
