第五章 結論

第二節 研究貢獻與限制

近年國內節能服務公司的相關研究才崛起盛行,過去能源管理服務的相關研 究多以節能服務公司做為研究對象,對於能源需求端的涉略仍嫌不足,因此本研 究實質貢獻出臺灣節能服務公司與能源需求者之間的互動關係,能源需求者在交 易的過程是具有決策主導的角色,節能服務公司必須更能多接近及了解顧客的實 質需求。在理論上,本研究透過深度訪談以具體了解能源管理服務的市場中能源 需求端之深入的決策過程,以及問卷的設計與回收分析皆實證過去學者提出的觀 念。在實務上,本研究提供節能服務公司與能源需求者了解彼此對能源管理服務 的關係,並提出可能導致交易成本的原因與類型,讓節能服務公司可以檢視企業 策略,更進一步地提供建立控制機制的方案,以解決進行能源管理服務時所產生 交易成本問題,讓合作雙方皆可採取預防措施,提升需求者對能源管理的服務意 願。本研究建議後續研究者可以對能源服務需求端進行更深入的探討,所獲致的 研究發現將有助於產、官、學界推動能源管理服務發展具有相當貢獻。

本研究透過專家訪談與發放大規模問卷,收集節能服務公司、能源需求者、

驗證單位及金融機構彼此之間對臺灣節能服務公司之發展與應用。雖然本研究盡 可能考量全面資訊,但是仍有不足之處,尚待相關領域專家及後續研究者指正與 探索。首先,本研究並未從整體產業當作研究對象,不過,傳統產業、農業等結 合節能服務公司也可增加能源管理服務的發展,有利於突破國內能源管理服務面 臨之瓶頸,拓寬研究對象探討的網絡。接著,本研究以問卷調查來表示能源需求 者對能源管理服務的態度,然而,這些填答者可能會因為在不同的環境背景下產 生偏執的意見。同時,問卷調查也會忽略時間關係可能導致的測量偏差。未來研 究可以加入時間關係,發展出大規模問卷進行調查。最後,國內節能服務公司與 能源需求者在合作時間長久的關係下,可能會改變彼此進行能源管理服務的方式。

未來研究可加入關係導向的行為規範進行探討,如信賴、承諾等非正式控制機制,
