第三節 研究限制
一、本研究之資料來源是以健保局的結腸直腸癌患者其住院費用清單檔為資料分 析來源，屬次級資料，且受限於健保資料庫中既定欄位與變項，故無法完全 將可能影響研究結果的相關因素納入本研究中，因此，研究結果的外推性或 擴大解釋到疾病整體患者上仍有所限制。
二、健保資料庫中僅包含健保申報之資料，故無法探討病患自費部份之醫療需求 情況，僅能針對健保申報部份做推論。
二、於醫院屬性方面，僅以醫院權屬別為探討變項，無法更具體表示醫院屬性。
可串聯醫事機構基本檔，取得醫院層級別及健保轄區別後，能更準確分析 醫院特性與醫療資源耗用之影響。
