研究限制與未來研究建議

本文嘗試由系統思維提出一個知識管理系統架構的觀點,管理者基於此架 構,定位個別成員在追求達成組織目標的情境下,所應扮演的角色與功能。由 知識管理實務中不難發現,組織所建立與維護的知識管理系統傾向於外顯知識 型系統,內隱知識型系統則不易建立為實體型系統,而是在知識社群中互動與 交流。由於本研究所探討之 KM 實務多來自於次級資料,例如研討會發表之個 案、或 KM 教科書等,實務上的真實應用仍需要更多的觀察與研究。

本文於第一章指出,實證研究尚無法完整解釋如何整合知識能力於組織目 標與組織任務中,此係組織環境、管理階層目標、任務複雜度等存在極大差異 所致,然而在本文所提知識管理系統架構並未考慮組織環境的因素,此乃本文 假設,當前組織面對的是全球性競爭,故不論組織之服務或產品規格為相對動 態或固定,組織所面對者均為動態的競爭環境,其決策情境亦均為複雜者,然 而實際情形也有待進一步探討。

對於組織效能問題的探討,系統思維與可維生系統模型理論提供了不同的 見解;Beer 於 1958 至 1994 年發表 10 餘本關於可維生系統模型之相關書籍,

論點精闢,且於 1980 年起,陸續有數所美國和加拿大之大學管理學院與研究 中心,採行其可維生系統觀念為授課核心,其理論得到實證確認。可維生系統 模型與其它系統方法在組織問題的分析為十分有用的理論基礎,值得進行更多 的應用與研究。
