第四節 研究限制與未來研究方向
（一）訪談機會的限制：
本研究的訪談個案，基於個案特性及機構考量，原則上只能訪談一次，除 無法透過訪談對象進行後續訪談內容確認外，亦增添訪談執行上的壓力與挑戰。
加以，本受限於相關計畫經費及時間限制，並適逢中心業務告一段落，無法持續 進行訪談與資料彙整，因此對於個案基本資料深入比對分析及特殊族群（例如重 複自殺、毒癮者、原住民）之間的比較，無法進一步深入觀察。
（二）社區外展服務者的訪談：
由於研究焦點是服務個案，因此提供通報個案服務的輔導員，亦即，田野 的關鍵報導人（key informants）的訪談內容僅做為分析輔助。但其實關鍵報導人 的經驗也與個案的經驗息息相關，值得以另外的篇幅加以報導。
（三）後續研究方向
此外，原計畫擬於質性研究完成後，進行所有通報個案的普查，以進一步 用量化資料來檢驗質性研究發現的概念與評估架構，然因經費所限，亦無法實

行。同時，拒絕接受外展服務的通報個案佔三分之二以上，拒絕原因及如何提升 接受率，亦值得深入了解。
