第五章 討論

第三節 研究限制

針對本研究不盡完善之處,提出下列限制與未來研究改善的建議:

一、理論架構方面

本研究所應用之健康信念模式主要是針對「自身」的基本人口特 質及對相關健康信念的態度來預測是否會採取某些健康行為。本研究 受訪對象為父母,由父母自身的健康信念用來預測替他人(女兒)選 擇健康行為的意願,與傳統的健康信念模式理論略有不同。

二、抽樣方法方面

本研究雖為全國性調查,但考量到研究可行性採用分層集群抽 樣,且為提高問卷回收率增加代表性,透過學校老師發放及回收問 卷,但抽樣學校是否同意,班級老師是否積極配合等因素,都會影響 研究樣本是否隨機分配。

三、資料收集方面

本研究目的之一是調查父母對於HPV 相關的基本知識,爲避免父 母因問卷難度高無法填答而影響問卷的有效性,在完成第一部份HPV 的知識調查後,附上「子宮頸癌、人類乳突病毒及HPV 疫苗」的衛 教說明,或許有的父母會在看完衛教說明後更正HPV 知識的答案,

因此推論本研究有高估父母HPV 相關知識的可能性。另外問卷是透 過學生轉交,也不能排除部分問卷是由學生自行填寫的可能。
