第三節 總結
本研究發現八種華人人際壓力因應方式,經整理後提出雙向度之華人人際壓 力因應模式;且藉由跨層次研究法,本研究以互動歷程模式為基礎,探討華人人 際壓力因應與其前因與後果之間的關係。研究發現除了呼應文化對於壓力管理的 重要性,亦深化了華人壓力因應的理論發展,為後續研究提供可能的研究方向;
對組織實務方面亦提供相關建議,預防壓力可能帶來的負面效果。
