（一）Unit 1 漫畫讀者劇場劇本
Narrator: Ted is sleeping. Suddenly, the telephone rings. 電話鈴響數聲（可用手機鈴聲或真人 模擬鈴聲）
Chorus 1: Ring, ring, ring. The telephone is ringing.
Ring, ring, ring. Pick up the phone.
Ted: Oh, yes. Alan’s summer vacation started yesterday.
睡意很濃的聲音，邊打哈欠邊說，右 手放臉頰邊，做出講電話模樣。
Narrator: At ten o’clock, the doorbell rings. Ted opens the door.
After Ted greets Lisa, Alan says goodbye to his mom.
Alan: Bye, Mom. 語調愉悅輕快，揮手向Mom 道別。
Lisa: See you in a week. Be good. 揮手道別，強調Be。
Narrator: When Alan and Ted are having lunch together, Alan asks Ted a question.
Alan: Uncle Ted….What happened to my dad? 語氣沉重，說完Uncle Ted 後停頓一 下，兩句皆語調下降。
Ted: I have no idea. He visited Iceland, and then he disappeared.
輕輕慢慢的敘述，越說語氣越輕，然 後搖頭。
Narrator: After lunch, they are talking about Alan’s dad in the living room.
Ted: Your dad loved adventures. This was his favorite book. mountain. They are Alan’s dad and…Dr. Lee.
and 後面停頓數秒，才緩緩說出 Dr.
Lee。
Ted: Dr. Lee? Maybe we can visit him. Alan 靠過來和 Ted 一起研究照片，說 完第一句語調上揚，疑惑的口氣。
（二）Unit 2 漫畫讀者劇場劇本
Narrator: Alan and Ted fly to Iceland. They decide to visit Dr. Lee.
Chorus 1: Iceland, Iceland, is it cold in Iceland?
Iceland, Iceland, is there ice in Iceland?
強調cold，作出發抖的樣子。
Ted: Hello, I’m Ted, Professor Perry Miller’s brother.
This is his son, Alan. We are looking for Dr. Lee.
介紹自己時，右手放前胸；介紹Alan
Ted: My brother disappeared five years ago. We came because we found this.
語氣平緩地說，邊說邊指著照片裡的 Perry 給 Helen 看。
Helen: That’s Snowfall Volcano. My father often went there.
Narrator: Helen then takes Alan and Ted to Snowfall Volcano. There is a big snow when they get there. rocks fall down and block the entrance.
Ted: Oh! No! 驚慌的語氣。
Helen: There’s no way out. 尖聲喊出。
Chorus:

Oh! No! Help! Help!
Oh! No! Somebody come help them!
急得如熱鍋螞蟻狀，用手勢對觀眾求救。
（三）Unit 3 漫畫讀者劇場劇本
Narrator: Ted, Alan and Helen are trapped in the cave. They don’t know what to do.
Alan: How can we get out of there? 語氣焦慮。
Narrator: Ted looks around. He sees a rail. It looks like they are inside a coal mine.
Ted: I have an idea. Let’s have a ride in that car. 建議的語氣，手往旁邊指。
Narrator: Alan is too short, so Ted is trying to help him get on the car. At the same time, Helen says to Alan,
Helen Give me your bag. 親切的語氣。
Narrator: After Helen gets on the car, Ted pushes the car and then jumps on. The car moves faster and faster.
Ted: Everyone hold on. 大聲喊出。
Narrator: The rail takes them to somewhere they don’t know.
After they get off the car, Alan sees something.
Alan: Look! Diamonds! 驚訝口吻，說完Look 停頓一下。
Narrator: Suddenly, the ground underneath them is shaking.
Then they realize they are standing on a frozen river and the ice is going to break.

Narrator: Alan, Ted and Helen look around the
underground world. All of a sudden, Alan sees a beautiful bird.
Alan: Look! 好奇地大喊，手往天空一指。
Narrator: When they see the bird fly away, they run after it.
Alan: Don’t fly away! 雙手朝天空揮手，句尾語調上揚。
Narrator: They follow the bird and find themselves inside a big beautiful cave.
Ted: Welcome to the center of the earth. 強調welcome，雙手往兩側一攤，眼神 環顧四週。
Narrator: They walk around the cave. Alan notices something unusual.
Alan: Hey! I found Dad’s bag and his notebook! 一手拿書包，一手拿筆記本，語氣興 saw this beautiful place.
拍著Alan 的肩膀，安慰的口吻。
（五）Unit 5 漫畫讀者劇場劇本
Narrator: Alan, Ted and Helen work together to build a boat! After the boat is finished, they sail on the ocean.
Alan: Cool! We made it! 愉快地說。
Narrator: While they are enjoying the beautiful boat trip, suddenly, something jumps out of the water, one after the other.
Narrator: Alan and Ted are fighting with the man-eating fish, but there are too many of them. Ted yells,
Ted: Keep batting them away. 邊做出揮棒動作，喘氣地說。
Alan: I don’t enjoy playing baseball very much. 邊喘氣邊揮棒狀。
Narrator: All of a sudden, there’s a flash of lightning in the sky. After the lightning comes the thunder.
Alan: Now what? 緊張的語氣。
Chorus:
(1+2)
Thunder and lightning. Thunder and lightning.
What’s going to happen next?
對觀眾說。
（六）Unit 6 漫畫讀者劇場劇本
Narrator: After the thunder and lightning, there comes a big wind. The wind is so strong that it’s hard for Alan to stand still.
Ted: Hold on to the sail! 大聲喊。
Alan: Oh! No! The wind is too strong. 做出被吹走的樣子，聲音由大變小。
Narrator: The sail breaks because of the strong wind. Alan flies up with the sail.
Narrator: When Alan wakes up, he finds himself in place he doesn’t know.
Alan: Oh, my! I have a terrible headache! 手摸著額頭，呻吟地說。
Narrator: Alan looks around. He doesn’t see Ted and Helen.
He tries to find them.
Narrator: When Alan is walking around, he sees the beautiful bird again.
Alan: Hi, it’s you again. What? Do you want me to follow you?
假裝看著上方的鳥，語氣輕柔，最後 語調上揚。
Narrator: Alan follows the bird to a cliff. He doesn’t know how to get to the other side of the water.
Alan: There? It’s impossible to get over there! 指著遠方的另一邊。
Narrator: The bird shows Alan the way to get to the other side.
Alan: Wow! There are floating rocks. 驚嘆地說。
Narrator: Alan walks on the floating rocks. At first he is scared. Then he thinks it’s a lot of fun.
Alan: Walking on the rocks is fun! 語氣愉悅地說。
