第三節 限制
壹、 研究結果之推論性限制
本研究以方便取樣方式進行研究,而樣本多集中於北區及南區,絕大多數 為高教育程度,年齡多數介於 20~40,大多為非在校學生,有將近半數的人並 無宗教信仰,對於研究結果之推論需考量樣本特性,宜小心謹慎,不宜過度推 論。
貳、 研究工具之限制
由於本研究題目眾多,可能造成填答時的疲累感,影響受試者作答意願;
另一方面,靈性或寬恕是否可能較多在認知的層面或是渴望、應該做到,而非 反應出受試者的真實狀態?仍需後續研究更多驗證。
參、 研究方法之限制
由於本研究採用橫斷式研究,雖採以結構方程模式進行檢驗,但此資料為 同一時間取得,非縱貫式研究,不宜過度推論其因果。另外,整體模式之路徑 分析,雖寬恕及自我分化達到中介變項的顯著性,但靈性是如何透過寬恕、自 我分化進而影響身心健康,其相關文獻目前仍相當有限,須後續更多研究深入 探討分析。
