本研究共分三個研究目的來探討國內男性 IPV 受刑人的親密關係暴力犯罪 行為現象。由於自陳報告是在社會科學研究中經常被用來蒐集資料的一種方法,

然而與暴力有關之自陳報告測量卻常容易受到反應偏向的影響,加之,國內的家 暴受刑人之刑中處遇方式也欠缺對加害人進行分類而後提供對應之明確處遇方 向,因此,本研究嘗試在研究目的一根據病理特性來對加害人分類,區分 IPV 加害人為以衝動攻擊為主類型或以計畫攻擊為主類型。本研究之結果能提供國內 未來對於男性 IPV 加害人分類的參考依據,並建立於理論基礎上、據實徵研究 結果發展工具,並提供臨床上有效治療前的評估與分類之工具。

在對男性 IPV 加害人分類後,針對研究目的二,本研究開始探討影響男性 IPV 受刑人做出衝動攻擊類型犯行的影響因素。本研究之結果將對於國內瞭解男 性 IPV 加害人做出衝動攻擊犯行的病理特性提供理論上的釐清,並對於後續的 刑中處遇安排提供具體的治療方向或參考。

除了瞭解男性 IPV 做出衝動攻擊犯行的發生因素,如何降低再犯是三級預 防所關注的重點。藉由針對研究目的二所得之研究基礎,本研究在研究目的三進 一步嘗試進行男性 IPV 再犯風險評估的試探性研究。本研究結果可以提供初步 的再犯風險評估之參考依據。結果發現,指標犯行時之家暴罪種類(違反保護令 罪)、過去接受社區處遇概況(未完成處遇者)、累再犯同罪(曾因親密關係暴力 犯行而入監)會是國內男性 IPV 受刑人,再犯風險的高預測指標。另外,探討 研究目的三的結果也具體提供一些重要的臨床指標與具體的處遇方針,易言之,

若要有效降低再犯,如何削弱這些風險因素的影響力將會是未來處遇方案介入時 的重點。
