Abstract. This study aims to investigate the relationship among the space leadership of principals, organizational learning of teachers, and the teaching effectiveness of elementary schools. This study analyzed different background variables from the teachers to see the difference in these 3 variables on them. Also it examined the relationship among and the influence. This study was adopted the questionnaire survey. The samples from 117 schools and questionnaires are distributed to 1,170 teachers. The collected data was analyzed by the method of reliability analysis, validity analysis, and SEM. The findings show that the principals’ space leadership has a positive impact on teaching effectiveness through the organizational learning. At last, according to the results of the research, the study conducted some suggestions to provide reference materials to educational administrative organizations, school principals and other researchers in this field.. (19) 國民小學校長空間領導、組織學習與教學效能關係之研究. 應善用組織學習，促進教學效能的提升。檢定結果顯示「組織學習」的效果為完全中介，為有效提升教學效能，校長在施行空間領導時，亦應重視組織學習的推展，兩者雙管齊下，有助於教學效能之提升。若因學校有時間與成本之考量，可擇因素負荷量高的構面優先實施之。根據本研究結果，建議學校從校長空間領導建構融入課程教學的教育空間，再經由教師組織學習的歷程，共同建立願景與系統思考，進而完備教學計畫與增進班級經營成效，提升教學效能。. (六)未來研究建議經文獻探討與問卷調查，本研究證實組織學習乃國民小學校長空間領導與教學效能的中介變項，且建構其結構模式。惟考量研究範圍之限制，較適宜推論臺北市與新北市之情形。因此，為擴展校長空間領導研究之廣度，本研究建議研究範圍可擴大至其他縣市，並進一步廣推於全國進行整體調查；研究對象可涵蓋至其他學校層級與私立學校，例如擁有百年校舍的高中校園、以建築聞名的大專院校等，皆是具有研究價值的對象。此外，領導需透過策略轉化實施，為加深校長空間領導研究之深度，本研究建議運用不同研究方法，如質性個案研究，透過深入訪談校長空間領導之歷程，能進一步了解校長空間領導實務運作之情形。. 19. 參考文獻王世璋（2006）。國小校長轉型領導學校組織學習與學校組織創新關係之研究（未出版之博士論文）。國立政治大學，臺北市。【 Wang, S.
