Besides, the administration organizations should improve principals’ ethical leadership knowledge and ability, promote teachers’service spinit.bThe principals should keenly observe teachers’ needs and opinions, properly express their concepts of running a school, continuously promote ethical leadership, inspire teachers’service spirit, publicize their eduational, goals through formal and informal organizations, and by using multiple ways, properly communicate their concepts of cunning a school to the teachers to get teachers’ identification and participation and promote the teaching staff’s service spirit. cThe elementary school teachers should keenly observe principals’ interition of ethical leadership and participate the school offairs very often to enhance their identification of principals’ ethical leadership. Besides, the teachers should actively participate advanced studies and promote reachers’ professional accomplishments to show their excellent teacher service soirit. dThe research method, participants, content, and variables of the study can be suggestions for the further research.
