登山社員休閒涉入、休閒滿意度與幸福感之研究 郭淑菁、吳淑女

摘 要

在近來景氣低迷而失業率又節節攀升的社會經濟狀況下,"幸福"兩字已被廣泛使用於行銷及產品的包裝當中,似乎成為人 們內心深處的渴求。因此,本研究選擇性質特殊的登山活動為探討主題,旨在瞭解登山社員其休閒涉入、休閒滿意度與幸 福感間之關係。 本研究以登山社員為對象,採網路問卷與紙本問卷的方式,共得有效問卷458份。分析方法包括:描述性 統計、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關分析及逐步多元迴歸分析。 研究結果顯示,樣本背景特性部分:應答者男女 性的人數比例約為7:3,平均年齡為33歲,教育程度以大學者為最多,個人所得普遍在20,000元以下。假設驗證結果部分

:(1)年齡、教育程度與家庭生命週期在整體生活滿意度上有顯著差異;(2)社會心理涉入中的重要愉悅構面、休閒滿意度、

其他生活層面滿意度與整體生活滿意度及正向情緒間皆呈顯著正相關;(3)預測整體生活滿意度及正、負向情緒的迴歸模式

,其可解釋變異量依序為41.1%、25.6%及11.3%。最後就研究結果進行綜合討論,並提出相關建議。
