等人(1986)的研究指出，家庭情感、融 入與監督較多者，青少年發生早期性 行為的比率較低(引自 Smith,1997)。家 長的監控、親子溝通順暢會減少青少 年性行為的發生與降低懷孕的危險。 青少年性行為的發生最主要是透過父 母親對子女情緒狀態間接的影響。父 母親對子女嚴厲的監控與管教造成親 子間的對立行為，因而導致與早期性 行為的發生有關。母親本身有早期性 行為或工作非常忙碌者，子女易發生 早期性行為(Mott & Fondell,1996)。此 外，有高度的性活動之年長手足亦會 對年幼的弟妹產生影響。年長手足性 放縱的態度與性活動的層次，與年幼 弟妹早期性行為的發生有高度相關 (Whitebeck, Yoder, , Hoyt, &

要的一環，與異性正向而良好的交往 經驗與互動，有助於個人發展正向的 自我，對日後家庭中的親密關係及個 人親職能力培養與建立將有極大的助 益。
