以解體計畫行為理論探討個體知識分享之行為 吳春樹、吳孟玲

摘 要

本研究以解構計畫行為理論為基礎,由個人分享知識的態度、主觀規範、及行為控制等三個觀點,探討個人知識分享之意 圖及行為。本研究以便利抽樣的方式,針對2003年畢業之碩、博士生進行2210份問卷的發放作業,有效回卷數為830份。

  本研究採用AMOS 4.0統計軟體,進行研究假說之檢測。研究結果顯示,個人從事知識分享行為所獲事件本身貢獻度

、所獲之報酬、利他性及不可逆轉性對於知識分享態度的影響,均與研究假說之預期一致,獲得支持;從事知識分享行為 會受其所規範之來源影響;分享論文知識所需耗費之資源愈多時,個體執行論文知識之分享行為將愈低;另在TPB模式中 內生變數間之因果影響關係皆獲得支持。所以,本研究所提出13項研究假說,11項獲得支持,2項研究假說不成立。 關鍵 字:知識分享,解構計畫行為理論
