Abstract
In the computer manufacturing industry, due to the scientific and technological rapidly change, how to accelerate the new products development to increase the industry's competitiveness, it is always the topic, industry, government, academia would to pay the attention to. Due to new products development need wait for a while after to the market then evaluate, we wish to know in advance, one of the researching about evaluate time factor , If the time factor can evaluate it , then can provide the industry the better way for management.
This research major in three dimensions of “development-process”, “organizational -mechanisms”, and “strategic-capabilities” study about different drivers to the new products development the time factor interactions. Based on it, which drivers should be combined, which drivers should not. And expect to offer the advice to the national computer manufacturing industry about the development of management.
This research basic on the notebook and motherboard public company, total 28 companies by questionnaire, spreads 350 questionnaires, receives 234 questionnaires, it takes 66.9%, it approves this research the ideation and Hypothesis, and sampling it, made a list with Regression Analysis, Multiple Regression Analysis, Hierarchical Regression Analysis, forwarding step to explore each drivers own performance and interactions.
This research finds out strategic-capabilities, organizational-mechanisms, development -process, each driver to new products development the time factor is positive affection, forwarding step for researching by interactions, fine out strategic-capabilities and organizational-mechanisms by interactions are negative affection, it shows organizational-mechanisms and development-process, strategic-capabilities and development-process should be combined.
