2010 年 6 月 30 日澳門人口估計為 544,600 人，較第 1 季末及 2009 年同期分別 增加 0.4%及 0.1%。

第 2 季新生嬰兒為 1 122 名，較前一季減少 5.7%，較 2009 年同季則增加 8.0%。

男性新生嬰兒有 577 名；嬰兒性別比為 105.9。

2010 年第 2 季共有 446 宗死亡個案，按季減少 3.7%，按年則增加 14.1%；首三 位的根本死因分別是腫瘤（146 宗） 、循環系統疾病（110 宗）及呼吸系統疾病（70 宗） 。 此外，第 2 季有 1 宗死胎登記。

同季共錄得 1 115 宗必須申報疾病報告，主要是腸病毒感染（356 宗） 、流行性感 冒（297 宗）及水痘（199 宗）。

結婚登記有 717 宗，按季及按年分別減少 17.3%及 1.9%。

2010 年第 2 季獲准居留人士共 847 人，較前一季及 2009 年同季分別減少 1 101 人及 1 391 人。第 2 季末的外地僱員有 72 142 人，按季減少 701 人，按年更大幅減 少 11 474 人。

同季持單程證的中國大陸移民共有 2 009 人，按季及按年分別大幅增加 1 251 人

（+215.8%）及 1 394 人（+256.1%） ；另外，被遣返的非法入境者有 324 人，按季增 加 29.6%，按年則減少 28.6%。
