摘 要

綠色供應鏈管理是目前最熱門之議題,企業經營者在追求綠色供應鏈管理的過程中,如何兼顧公司經營的策略與所衍生環 境保護是當務之急。而目前企業關心的是,施行綠色供應鏈管理後是否能對企業績效有所幫助。 本研究主要目的是在探討 台灣地區製造業者因應這波綠色潮流時,推行綠色供應鏈管理實務與組織績效之相關議題。本研究針對2009中華徵信所公 布的台灣地區製造業前2000大型企業進行問卷調查,於117個有效樣本中,研究結果發現,綠色供應鏈管理前置因素對綠 色供應鏈管理實務及組織績效有顯著關係,綠色供應鏈管理實務對組織績效有顯著關係,而綠色供應鏈管理實務在綠色供 應鏈管理前置因素與組織績效間則扮演中介效果。
