二、 印尼政府所提出之鼓勵國內外製造業於當地投資 政策、獎勵措施或產業聚落發展規劃等相關資訊
印尼政府透過制定以下外商法規，期望帶動印尼部分產業發展。
優先投資者 Priority Investor
根據總統條例（Perpres）10/2021，外資公司（簡稱為 PMA）有意 在當地投資必須符合幾項條件如：國家工程、出口導向產業、採用先 進技術等。根據 BKPM 之資料總共有 245 個產業類別包含在內，其中 183個產業類別有資格獲得稅收優惠、18 個可獲得免稅期、44 個可獲 得投資優惠。下列圖表為印尼優先產業。

外商與印尼中小型企業（MSME）的合作夥伴關係
隨著印尼政府應對新冠肺炎帶來之改變，其投資項目清單有必要考慮其 中小企業（MSME）處境、數位化和新興消費者需求在疫情後對投資環 境的影響，因此強調國際合作的必要性。該清單有 51 種產業類別，包 括電子工業、農林業加工、能源、醫療、食品加工、公共建設工程等：
有意進入相關業務的外國投資者或外國公司將需要安排當地商業夥伴關 係，與印尼企業合夥形式可為：①利潤分成；②分包；③外包；④分銷。
