2、 專案辦公室標準作業程序表單
本計畫專案辦公室經 103 至 104 年度已陸續建置流程和程序制度，至 105 年 度修正後已臻於成熟穩定，在 105 至 106 年度期間未進行重大調整，僅有為計畫 離職者新增「GM-04 活躍老化專案計畫人員離職程序」；及為資料庫申請使用者 新增「RA-07 AAP 資料庫使用申請表」。目前流程相關表單，依內容性質分成內 部管理（general management, GM）、專案管理（project management, PM）、行政流 程（administration process, AD）、研究流程（research and analysis, RA）四類，共 計 17 份。唯表單負責人有所更動，就相關執掌事項更正如表 3- 1（詳細表單格式 與內容如光碟附件 3- 6）。

為生物統計學之基礎課程，從基礎統計概念開始，包含資料描述、測量與機率的 概念，進一步到分析與回歸之計算等。
第三，為國立成功大學公共衛生研究所開授之「進階生物統計學」課程，共 計 30 小時。包含理論研究方法與及實際操作，內容包含配對、分層分析、迴歸分 析等。
第四，為國立成功大學公共衛生研究所所開授之「人群健康觀察研究文獻評 論」，共計 36 小時，運用流行病學證據與社會科學概念，進行衛生政策跨領域的 分析，並檢視公共衛生政策議題與決策過程，以小組及個人方式進行個案討論。
第五，最後部份為其他，包含與老化相關之演講、研討會、資料庫學習坊、
軟體課程和校外參訪等相關活動，共計 117.5 小時。
