1、 經濟合作暨發展組織健康統計（OECD Health Statistics）
根據經濟合作暨發展（OECD）組織在 2015 年 7 月 7 日公佈，許多歐洲國
一、健康狀況-死亡情況（Mortality）
1. 平 均 餘 命 （ life expectancy）
在假設特定年齡的死亡率水準為常數的前提下，一個人 在該年紀期望存活的平均年數。
男、女性在零歲、40 歲、60 歲、65 歲和 80 歲的平均餘 命及不分性別出生時之平均餘命。
2. 死因（causes of mortality）
全死因與不同死因（依 ICD 分類）的死亡人數和年齡標 準化死亡率。
3. 潛在壽命損失（potential years of life lost, PYLL）
分全死因與不同死因（依 ICD 分類）。
計算方式為加總各年齡層的死亡人數並乘上比選擇的 年齡上限（OECD 為 70 歲）早死的損失年數。
二、健康狀況-罹病情況（Morbidity）
1. 自評健康狀況-依年齡 及性別分類（perceived health status by age and gender）
男、女性及不分性別 15 歲以上、15-24 歲、25-44 歲、
45-64 歲、65 歲以上自覺健康狀況為「好／很好」或「極 好」的百分比。
2. 自評健康狀況-依社經 狀 態 分 類 perceived health status by social-economic status）
不同收入：男、女性及不分性別 15 歲以上且收入在最

每年愛滋病個案人數與每十萬人之發生率（依診斷年為 準）。

三、非醫療之健康決定因子（Non-medical Health Determinants）
1. 人均消耗菸草公克數
（tobacco consumption in grams per capita）
15 歲以上每人每年消耗的菸草類（如香菸、雪茄）公克 數。
2. 吸菸者平均每日吸菸數
（average number of cigarettes per smoker per day）
15 歲以上吸菸者平均每天抽菸的數量。
3. 每日吸菸者（daily
smokers） 15 歲以上自述每天吸菸的人的百分比。
4. 人均消費酒精公升數
（alcohol consumption in litres per capita）
15 歲以上每人每年所攝取的純酒精公升數。
5. 脂肪總供應量（total fat
supply） 總脂肪（每人每日的公克數）。 6. 卡路里與蛋白質總供應
