依據本研究之發現，研究者提出以下幾項建議， 提供中華職棒大聯盟經營方向 與後續研究之參酌依據。
一、對中華職棒大聯盟的建議
透過「組織再造」，將臺灣職棒大聯盟目前以「領隊會議」為權力核心的架構，
改造成由聯盟會長掌握實際的經營權力，這樣的「組織再造」有兩項好處，第一，
有助於擬定明確的整體經營方針；其次，讓中華職棒大聯盟從追求球隊利益的層次 提升到追求全聯盟的利益。也唯有透過組織再造，才能全面推動與落實主／客制度、
二軍農場制度、擴展海外市場以及設置海外機構等策略，有助於臺灣職棒的永續經 營。
二、對後續研究的建議
本研究對象為運動勞力遷徙現象中的「球員」，建議未來可以從「教練」的遷徙 進行分析，包括外籍教練的輸入、本土教練輸出對臺灣職棒所產生不同的影響。此 外，透過訪談得知，未來 3-5 年可能為旅外選手的回流潮，這樣的現象是否會影響 未來全球／在地力量的運作，也是未來可以關注的研究主題。
