第五章 情境分析與敏感度分析

6.2 建議

1. 現實決策環境中普遍存在不精確性與模糊性之問題,而模糊理論對於此類問 題之處理具有方便的特性,未來可嘗試應用至實際之決策環境,應有助於決 策品質的提升。

2. 本研究所構建的模式假設 IMTS 路線為固定(自行設計之 IMTS 營運路網), 不考慮路網結構問題,若能在模式中加以考慮,則營運計劃模式將更能符合 實際狀況。

3. 本研究所構建的模式假設旅客需求量為已知,且不受服務水準所影響,若能 修正需求假設會隨服務水準變化而改變之變動需求,並引進實際的需求函數 型態,將能使模式更接近實際情況。

4. 在實際應用時,營運決策變數中之車輛數必須為整數,建議未來的研究可求 解此類混合整數規劃問題,則以模糊規劃法考慮參數之不確定性時,將對結 果產生更大影響,使模式所得之營運決策變數組合更符合實際之狀況。

5. 本研究在訂定「乘客總旅行時間評估指標」與「乘客需求評估指標」之門檻 值時,所考慮的是特定路線對整體路網是否具有影響力,故訂為「路線總和 的倒數值」。建議未來研究時,可將門檻值訂為資料之「四分位數」或「算術 平均數」等,將可使比較分析資料來源相同,更適宜進行指標評估。
